We cannot assist you in the following cases:

Refunds

We try to test all products, but incompatibility is inevitable. If in case you cannot install, contact us for installation support.

We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange because it is digittal. Therefore, you need to check the software when you buy them.

We will refund if the software does not work on your machine.

We will not refund if you choose the wrong version. Maybe we will assist with a discount when choosing to buy the right version for you.

If after support fails to install, we will refund correspondingly for the part that failed to install.
